Witches

Witches are a type of magic user on the world of Hollow Mortes. They often work and live together in covens, although there are some who prefer solitude. There are some important differences between witches in Hollow Mortes and other spell casters.

Normal Spellcaster	Witches
-Uses runes and rune spells. These are often etched into an item to help with the harnessing/channeling process. -Wands, a staff, tattoos, etc.	-Can use runes and rune spells but don’t have to. -Has pledged themselves to a deity. -In exchange for worship and loyalty, the witch is given various privileges, extended lifespan, accelerated healing, immunity from illness, and in some cases a special ability uniquely gifted by the deity
