CONCEPT ART: Hyacinth City. The City State has high walls meant to keep out attacks from its capital. The obsidian tower in the center is headquarters for the Mage Guard; the city state’s military. Airships bring trade from other city states. Farmers from nearby work the land and provide the city state with the majority of its food. It’s main metropolis surrounded by the vast meadow, is home to a diverse collection of monsters and is run by a council of nine.
